RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

 

Our aim is to deliver a perfect product. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your online order from Velvet Matters, you can return your products within 14 days after receiving your order. Please take good care of them, and return the products in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them.

This means that you can have a look and try them on, but please do not remove any labels or wear them outside. Please note that products must also be returned in the original package, provided with a copy of the invoice and a return document.

Furthermore, you as the customer must pay all postage costs for the return.

 

Crediting of the purchase amount

 

The purchase amount will be credited within 14 days of Velvet Matters’ receipt of the returned product that is in its original condition and packaging, and that meets all of the other return requirements.

 

EXCHANGE

 

It is not possible to exchange goods. You can return your item within 14 days as specified above. Then, you can simply go through the ordering process again if you wish to order something else.
